Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar bland annat:
Renovering och underhåll av byggnader och anläggningar: Renovering av byggnader och produktionslokaler. Grundläggande fastighetsskötsel. Arbete med ventilation och andra byggnadsrelaterade system.
Renovering och underhåll av maskiner och utrustning: Renovering och underhåll av maskiner, exempelvis produktionsmaskiner samt sy- och brodyrmaskiner. Arbete med maskinkunskap, byte av maskindelar, svetsning (MIG/TIG) samt reparation och justering av pneumatiska system. Felsökning och reparation av automatiserade produktionslinjer (PLC) samt samarbete med andra avdelningar i utvecklingen av nya maskiner.
Underhåll och installation av industrimaskiner: Installation, reparation, underhåll, demontering och flytt av industrimaskiner. Förebyggande underhåll av maskiner och utrustning för att säkerställa optimal drift.
Lagerhantering: Ansvara för hantering av reservdelslager och säkerställa att nödvändiga delar finns tillgängliga för snabba reparationer och underhåll.
El-arbeten: Utföra enklare el-arbeten som inte kräver behörighet.
Övervakning och felsökning: Delta i och övervaka underhålls-, reparations- och installationsarbeten av produktionsutrustning och maskiner. Felsöka och lösa problem vid driftstopp eller maskinfel, särskilt i automatiserade system.

Kvalifikationer och krav:
B-körkort
Grundläggande kunskaper i engelska
Goda kunskaper i fastighets- och anläggningsunderhåll
Snickerikunskaper
Erfarenhet av svetsning, svarv och fräs
Grundläggande elkunskaper

About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Success Center team in Köping or Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and administration of our Salesforce platform, as well as other integrated systems such as Jira, PandaDoc, and Adyen. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, user support, and system management.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA) and Solution Validation: Conduct regular QA tests to ensure the integrity and performance of Salesforce solutions. Validate new solutions and updates to meet business requirements.
User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Salesforce. Provide support for user onboarding and training.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a logistics team of 8–10 employees across Sweden, USA, and China.
Oversee daily operations of our three global warehouses and transportation networks.
Build and implement a strategic logistics roadmap to support company growth.
Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure high service levels and on-time deliveries.
Optimize inventory management, transportation, and warehouse processes.

About the role
Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Project Manager - Production. In this role within our production team, you will lead the improvement of production layout and flow, support in building new factories and research and deploy new production technologies.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, and this position will be an important function in supporting the global growth.

Responsibilities

- Do pre-studies and build business case for new projects.

- Manage projects in factory development, efficiency, and new technology.

- Document projects and build Hästen lessons learned and factory blue book.

- Continuesly report project status.

- Work in close cooperation with all departments of Hästen to ensure holistic success of projects launced.

- Represent and ensure Blue Check culture and values are being transferred to each new facility.

- As global project manager production at Hästen you will ensure that our operations adapt and expand in the same pace as our global sales growth .

- You will report to the engineering manager and work in close collaboration with the COO.

Social Media (vacation coverage)

- Implement the global social media strategy across all organic social channels.

Skills and requirements

Relevant academic degree within Marketing Communication or Public Relations.

- 3+ years’ experience in PR within the retail industry - preferably luxury/premium products with low purchase frequency and a strong brand, with competencies in brand building and a history of successfully increasing positive brand exposure.
- Experience of working in a Global matrix organization.
- Media trained.
- Experience in creating templates and presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote is a must.
- Experience in using tools such as macOS and Microsoft Office365 is a must.
- Must be able to be on site at the head office in Köping 3-4 times a week

As a Desktop Publisher / Production Designerin Hästens, you are working deeply with projects that requires attention to details, such projects are Hästens Catalog that is distributed in many languages worldwide, Hästens Pricelist that is distributed in many currency versions worldwide.



In these kinds of projects, you develop Hästens Graphic Profile, you add/remove/edit pages to create an even better result, you place text into the correct place, this includes translations, and you care how the text flows in different languages.

You make sure the products show the correct prices in the master files you create.

Whenever there is an idea, for example, an idea about creating a page/spread in the catalog, you take that idea and create a “storyboard/visual sketch” this is to shorten the feedback loop for the Creative Director and others in the team to see, is the idea going to work?

By doing this for the entire catalog you help us in creating good planning, to see what is missing? What is to be removed? Which pages are missing an image? And you see this is creating a feedback loop for the photo-productions, this is creating a feedback loop for the copywriter, this is creating a feedback loop for the team to think about the disposition, to see is this the best sequence to tell a story?

You create layout that enhances the message of images and texts, you enhance the storytelling.

You are comfortable with building large documents that links to images and text-layers perfectly, providing the best work for the ones who proceeds with the next steps in the value-chain.

Experience and other requirements

Experience

- Relevant academic degree within graphic design is required.

- 6+ years of relevant practical experience within Graphic Design and Production Artistry.

- 6+ years of Adobe Creative Cloud core applications experience is a must (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.)

- Experience working with large productions that involves language and currency versions.

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Global PR & Events Lead. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by increasing targeted brand awareness and relevance by designing and executing communication strategies globally across PR activities. As a Producer in Hästens, you are working deeply with projects that requires attention to details, such projects are the Hästens Next Level Photography and Film, and the tasks in writing Production Briefs.

In these kinds of projects, you develop the production brief that contains what to produce and have it structured in the sequence of how you proceed to do it. As a Desktop Publisher / Production Designerin Hästens, you are working deeply with projects that requires attention to details, such projects are Hästens Catalog that is distributed in many languages worldwide, Hästens Pricelist that is distributed in many currency versions worldwide.



In these kinds of projects, you develop Hästens Graphic Profile, you add/remove/edit pages to create an even better result, you place text into the correct place, this includes translations, and you care how the text flows in different languages.

You make sure the products show the correct prices in the master files you create.

- Developing Hästens Graphic Profile and Guidelines.
- Final Art.

Whenever there is an idea, for example, an idea about creating a page/spread in the catalog, you take that idea and create a “storyboard/visual sketch” this is to shorten the feedback loop for the Creative Director and others in the team to see, is the idea going to work?

By doing this for the entire catalog you help us in creating good planning, to see what is missing? What is to be removed? Which pages are missing an image? And you see this is creating a feedback loop for the photo-productions, this is creating a feedback loop for the copywriter, this is creating a feedback loop for the team to think about the disposition, to see is this the best sequence to tell a story?

You create layout that enhances the message of images and texts, you enhance the storytelling.

You are comfortable with building large documents that links to images and text-layers perfectly, providing the best work for the ones who proceeds with the next steps in the value-chain.

Experience and other requirements

Experience

- Relevant academic degree within graphic design is required.

- 6+ years of relevant practical experience within Graphic Design and Production Artistry.

About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as a Global Media Trainee (50-75 %). In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by coordinating between the headquarter team and media publishers, while ensuring creative guidelines and deadlines are met. This position is currently a temporary (12 months) but might transcend into a Coordinator position.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Media material coordination

- Support the Media Manager by coordinating material delivery process for all media bookings with the media publishers (Focus: Print, Digital) across all markets once the bookings are completed. Regularly in touch with media publishers and agencies across the world.
- Ensure material specifications are complete.
- Coordinate additional translation and copy needs where required.
- Ensure final creative meets the media publisher specifications.
- Track all deadlines and delivery status for each publisher.


Reporting

- Assist Media Manager in compiling monthly reports by collecting data from dashboards and agencies for all media activities.
- Create monthly overview of advertising for all countries including competitor activity.
- Ensure “Media Library” in Köping is always up to date.


Digital Campaign management

- Assist Media Manager in set up, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Regular check active digital campaigns for compliance with ad requirements.
- Ensure correct tagging is in place.

In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by developing extraordinary visual merchandising and an amazing store experience for our customers, create visual guidelines, planning and support >200 new Hästens stores/year worldwide.

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Product Master Data Specialist. In this role within our operational team, you will create, amend and manage our master data. As Product Master Data Specialist, you will be the owner and main administrator of masterdata for products and sellable items in the ERP system and review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data. You will work closely with our partner and be the point of contact related to product masterdata in our ordering tools and apps. You will report directly to the product engineering team manager.

- Be the owner and main administrator of master data for products and sellable items in the order system

- Responsible for the administration of product item master data in the ERP system (Rootstock/Salesforce)

- Work close together with both external partners for order system and with Hästens IT/salesforce team located in Amsterdam

- Coordinate, drive and verify product master data changes in the order system together with external partners, both for existing and new products

- Lead and drive new development and improvements in the ERP system related to product and item management

- Take ownership, lead and coordinate price rules and updates every 6 months, as well as review and give input on product range information in price lists and catalouges

- University degree in system engineering or equivalent within relevant practice, as well as some years of industry experience: information systems/supply chain/customer service

We are looking for an exceptional Global PR Specialist to join our Global Customer Engagement & Marketing Team. We are proud to be a world-class brand and are growing and expanding globally. PR

- Establish and maintain world-class implementation of corporate PR initiatives that align with Hästens’ brand platform and specific business objectives.

Skills and requirements

Relevant academic degree within Marketing Communication or Public Relations.

- 3+ years’ experience in PR within the retail industry - preferably luxury/premium products with low purchase frequency and a strong brand, with competencies in brand building and a history of successfully increasing positive brand exposure.
- Experience of working in a Global matrix organization.
- Media trained.
- Experience in creating templates and presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote is a must.
- Experience in using tools such as macOS and Microsoft Office365 is a must.
- Must be able to be on site at the head office in Köping 3-4 times a week

- Expected to be in Köping, Sweden. Travel is required.

- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for system requirements when integrating with third party vendors and for further development of our ERP system

- Regular Logistic network analysis and optimization - both regional and complete network - propose changes

- Book transport

- Loading Instructions to DHL e.g container sequence , partial shipments

- Coordinate and book shipments/standard transports in TA systems

- Coordinate with supply planning loading dates and plan orders for shipments in advance

- Pre book container loads and secure capacity and equipment

- Handle special transport

- Responsible to issue shipping documents for customs

- Issue invoice to forwarders for export declaration

- Issue certi?cates in Chamber of Commerce system

- Issue customs documents in TDS System

- Issue special documents for certain regions for import at the destination

- Responsible to notify customers and follow up on time deliveries

- Notify customer with shipping documents and estimated time of arrival for the import

- Keep customer informed if any discrepancies occur during transport

- Bachelor- or master's degree in engineering or relevant field is required

As Product Master Data Specialist, you will be the owner and main administrator of masterdata for products and sellable items in the ERP system and review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data. - Coordinate, drive and verify product master data changes in the order system together with external partners, both for existing and new products

We are looking for an exceptional Global PR Specialist to join our Global Customer Engagement & Marketing Team. We are proud to be a world-class brand and are growing and expanding globally. Responsibilities

PR

- Establish and maintain world-class implementation of corporate PR initiatives that align with Hästens’ brand platform and specific business objectives.

- Maintain a close collaboration with local PR agencies, Partners and local staff to realize the global PR strategy. Contribute to the individual markets achieving the strategic and tactical objectives for the business.

As Hästens Vividus Team Leader, you will manage the production demands and oversee the impeccable construction of every masterpiece using only the finest materials and meticulous attention to detail.

You will work mainly with the manufacturing of mattresses, stuffing of materials and other tasks such as final inspection and packing. You will also take on the role as Team leader and be responsible for the daily work at the Vividus department while producing our most exclusive Vividus and Grand Vividus beds.

- You have a clear view of the department’s processes and guarantee the department’s delivery security while also guaranteeing the ultimate top quality.

Hästens is growing extensively both on the retail side and on the partner side. This implies that the training- and development efforts, for in-store Sleep Guides targeting bed buyers (retail) and New Business Developers targeting Hästens’ business partners (to open partner stores), need to become both accelerated and solidified.
