Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer att arbeta med sanering av lokaler samt lättare rivningar, då vi arbetar med allt från bränder och vattenskador till större industrisaneringar. Du blir en viktig del av vårt team som skapar rena och säkra miljöer för våra kunder.
Kvalifikationer
-       För tjänsten som saneringstekniker gäller att man är allroundkunnig. Man har en god samarbetsförmåga och social kompetens.
-       Kan ta instruktioner för att kunna utföra säkra, effektiva och kvalitativa saneringar.
 
-       Tidigare erfarenhet från bygg eller saneringsverksamhet är ett plus. Har du dessutom Asbestutbildning eller andra utbildningar för branschen så är det meriterande.
 
-       För rollen som saneringstekniker har vi krav på minst körkort B.

Vi söker nu en blästrare till MPA Måleriproduktion i Köping. MPA Måleriproduktion är ett familjeägt bolag som har specialiserat sig på industrilackering och rostskydd för alla typer av industriella produkter samt större fordon.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara att utföra blästringsarbeten på olika typer av ytor. Du kommer också att arbeta en del med för- och efterarbete till blästringsprocessen som maskering, avmaskering och packning av föremål.

Global PR & Events Lead

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Global PR & Events Lead. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by increasing targeted brand awareness and relevance by designing and executing communication strategies globally across PR activities. Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Channel management
- Develop strategies for Hästens PR. Support the overall Marketing and Communication objectives by reaching out to existing and new customers.

- Regularly update these strategies, taking into account new developments and trends as well as competitive insights.

- Define responsibilities across the organization (e.g. role of headquarters vs. local partners).

- Translate the marketing strategies into actionable annual plans for all PR touchpoints.

- Oversee daily operations of all PR activities and manage the team of PR coordinators and PR agencies.

Communication campaigns and initiatives
- Key stakeholder in developing 360° PR campaigns and executing them.

- In charge of planning and executing all corporate PR initiatives for Hästens (such as events, press tours, exhibitions, collaborations, and sponsorships). Collaborate with and manage PR agencies and local partners and their agencies to bring to life Hästens campaigns globally.

- Manage Influencer and staying in touch with ambassadors directly. Negotiate contracts, manage briefings, approve content, and create reports.

- Collaborate with the Social Media team to create impactful campaigns; suggest content and share ideas that can be used across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Evaluate together with the team.

- Work in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Delivery team to support local partners by sharing knowledge, supporting local initiatives and creating relevant guidelines.

- Experience in creating templates and presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote is a must.
- Experience in using tools such as macOS and Microsoft Office365 is a must.

- Expected to be in Köping, Sweden, at least 3 times per week. Travel is required.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English (Swedish and other languages is a plus).

Reporting to the Global PR, Social Media & Marketing Projects Lead, you will help Hästens instruct our PR agencies, nurture relationships with key media contacts and coordinate global PR activities such as Salone del Mobile. In addition, you handle the relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. You will also be asked to support with the management of our Social Media Platforms during vacations.



Responsibilities

PR

- Establish and maintain world-class implementation of corporate PR initiatives that align with Hästens’ brand platform and specific business objectives.

- Maintain a close collaboration with local PR agencies, Partners and local staff to realize the global PR strategy. Contribute to the individual markets achieving the strategic and tactical objectives for the business.

- Support and nurture ambassador collaborations; contracting, management and reporting.

- Host high profile press visits and interviews with key press, together with local PR agencies.

- Prepare PR coverage and performance evaluation reports.

Events


- Coordinate, plan and execute trade shows and events globally together with the entire Marketing, Sales and Retail teams.

- Support colleagues and partners in local PR events.

- Set up a global best practice for events to always raise the standards.


Influencer Relations

- Support influencer collaborations by researching relevant influencers and track their development ensuring brand fit.

- Create briefings for influencer collaborations to ensure that campaigns run as planned.

- Track results to continuously improve KPIs (reach, engagement, cost).

- Monitor that influencer guidelines are adhered to.
- Support organizing influencer events and content creation opportunities.


Social Media (vacation coverage)

- Implement the global social media strategy across all organic social channels.

- Manage daily operations of social media channels to increase reach.

- Manage community interactions.
- Monitor that social media guidelines are adhered to.


Skills and requirements
