ABOUT THE ROLE

As a market assistant you will be a support for our management to be able to expose and expand our ability to use digital plattforms in our goal to expand our market shares.

You will be working in and supporting our team in projects including for ex. digital marketing and social media as well as planning, executing and following up on our marketing activities.

The position will include some travels.

ABOUT YOU

For this role we think that you have at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study such as economics, marketing, social media marketing or other field of studies as well as several years of experience in a similar role. Your previous experience should include working in both European and Chinese markets.

This role requires you to have a high understanding of both English and Mandarin, in speech and writing.

We think that you have a good knowledge and ability with working digitally on the different plattforms for digital markering and social media that are used in Europe and Asia.

As a person you should have good organizational, planning and project management skills as well as an ability to work under pressure towards set deadlines and goals. You are comfortable collaborating and communicating with others since you will be working with our team and mangement as well as with our clients.

The Role
As a Desktop Publisher at Hästens, you will be working deeply with projects that requires attention to details, such projects are Hästens Catalog that is distributed in several languages worldwide, and Hästens Pricelist that is distributed in several currency versions worldwide.

In these kinds of projects, you will be responsible for developing, add, remove, and edit pages to create an even better result. You will also create layouts, place text into the correct places, this includes translations, and you care how the text flows in different languages. You make sure the products show the correct prices in the master files you create.   

Whenever there is an idea, for example, an idea about creating a page or spread in the catalog, you take that idea and create a “storyboard or visual sketch” this is to shorten the feedback loop for the Creative Director and others in the team to see, is the idea going to work? By doing this for the entire catalog you help us in creating good planning, to see what is missing? What is to be removed? Which pages are missing an image? And you see this is creating a feedback loop for the photo-productions, this is creating a feedback loop for the copywriter, this is creating a feedback loop for the team to think about the disposition, to see is this the best sequence to tell a story? You create layout that enhances the message of images and texts, you enhance the storytelling.

You are comfortable with building large documents that links to images and text-layers perfectly, providing the best work for the ones who proceeds with the next steps in the value-chain.

Responsible for Final Art
Creating Content for Hästens print and digital mediums

To be successful in this position you have a relevant academic degree. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Desktop Publishing. You have experience working with print and digital media. About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as a Global Media Trainee (50-75 %). In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by coordinating between the headquarter team and media publishers, while ensuring creative guidelines and deadlines are met. This position is currently a temporary (12 months) but might transcend into a Coordinator position.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Media material coordination

- Support the Media Manager by coordinating material delivery process for all media bookings with the media publishers (Focus: Print, Digital) across all markets once the bookings are completed. Regularly in touch with media publishers and agencies across the world.
- Ensure material specifications are complete.
- Coordinate additional translation and copy needs where required.
- Ensure final creative meets the media publisher specifications.
- Track all deadlines and delivery status for each publisher.


Reporting

- Assist Media Manager in compiling monthly reports by collecting data from dashboards and agencies for all media activities.
- Create monthly overview of advertising for all countries including competitor activity.
- Ensure “Media Library” in Köping is always up to date.


Digital Campaign management

- Assist Media Manager in set up, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Regular check active digital campaigns for compliance with ad requirements.
- Ensure correct tagging is in place.

About the role

In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by ensuring a smooth collaboration between Marketing and our Sales organization by bringing inspiration to the markets and follow up on a world-class service.

About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as a Global Media Trainee (50-75 %). In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by coordinating between the headquarter team and media publishers, while ensuring creative guidelines and deadlines are met. Media material coordination

About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Social Media Manager. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by ensuring the right strategies are in place to meet and grow our target audience as well as engaging them on a daily basis.

- Hands on experience managing Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn. Preferable also Pinterest and TikTok.
- Experience in using tools for collaboration and communication such as Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive), Zoom.

- Define platform and content strategies for each social media channel to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Make sure to take target audience fit and brand safety into account

Skills and requirements

- 2+ years of relevant practical experience within a similiar role for a B2C brand, preferable in premium positioning
- Hands on experience managing Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn. Preferable also Pinterest and TikTok.
- Experience in using tools for collaboration and communication such as Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive), Zoom.
- Excellent English, verbal and written
- Strong writing ability
- Position is based in Sweden, preferably Köping area.

About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Social Media Manager. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by ensuring the right strategies are in place to meet and grow our target audience as well as engaging them on a daily basis.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Global PR & Events Coordinator to join our Global Customer Engagement & Marketing Team. About the role

In this role, you will interact with employees of all levels and from all teams across the company.

As the Creative Project Manager, you are responsible for driving the process between internal requesters and our Creative Studio.

Often the first touchpoint for projects, you’ll clarify all requirements, collect all necessary details and information, assign design & copy resources, schedule and manage the departmental workflow to ensure final projects are delivered successfully and on time.

You thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment, are attentive, organised and have an upbeat, can-do attitude.

You understand the Hästens brand, and will organise the day-to-day operations of the Creative Studio to deliver beautiful creative on time.

This role will report into the Creative Studio Lead, and is responsible for overseeing the production and implementation of appropriate assets in all deliverables; including but not limited to printed materials (editorial, in-store, etc.), digital assets (social, digital marketing, web, in-store, etc.) and will be in charge of the asset library.

The Project Manager should be comfortable working both independently and within a larger team environment, solution-oriented, highly organized, and sharply focused with a keen eye for detail.

Skills and Requirements

- Manage Creative Projects from end-to-end; from briefing, creative development to delivery, acting as a liaison between the project stakeholders and the Creative Studio
- Effectively prioritise projects in the Design Team project queue, adjusting timelines and resources as needed and helping Designers manage their workloads
- Schedule kick-off meetings with stakeholders
- Develop timelines for creative projects, identifying roles & responsibilities of all key stakeholders, detail workflow execution, ensure deliverables are on time and on brand
- Clearly communicate expectations
- Understand brand guidelines and be able to provide direction or feedback on general brand standards
- Establish strong processes that support the Creative Studio’s projects, helping the team work more efficiently to deliver beautiful results that support company goals and initiatives
- Manage the execution of creative content projects such as: Print-related: editorial, in-store, branded products, OOH; Digital-related: ad campaigns, marketing emails, web & social
- Own the asset library making sure that existing and upcoming photo and video assets are organised and updated for their purposes
- Give input on content strategy and complexity for production and capacity planning
- Manage scope of content and communicate scope and timing fluctuations to all stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role for an Internal Marketing/Creative Team or Agency
- Superior project scoping, project timeline development, risk assessment and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with design software functionality and capabilities like Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of how to use Microsoft Office, Outlook & Teams
- Experience working in the print industry preferred-can speak the print language of color, printing processes, press checks Experience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA or similar software
- Experience working with external production vendors, requesting bids and quotes
- Experience managing photo and video shoots (nice to have, not required)

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Du är en del av marknadsföringsteamet som består av ytterligare tre kollegor. Du arbetar både självständigt och i team med blandade uppgifter inom digital kommunikation och marknad. Du gör research, skapar content, administrerar våra olika webbplattformar, gör kampanjer och driver försäljning via våra digitala kanaler. Din arbetsdag är väldigt varierad och du trivs med att få jobba med många olika arbetsuppgifter med ett och samma mål – att stärka våra varumärken och driva försäljning online.
Du driver vissa projekt självständigt, där du ansvarar för kvalitet och deadlines själv. Det betyder att du får möjlighet att jobba både övergripande strategiskt och med detaljer. Du jobbar kreativt med design, fotoredigering och med utveckling av digitala funktioner. Du utformar produktpresentationer och administrerar informationen på webbsidorna för att optimera försäljningen och stärka varumärket. Då vi är en koncern med flera varumärken jobbar du brett med flera olika typer av produkter och stilar.

Kvalifikationer
Erfarenhet av Wordpress och WooCommerce alternativt erfarenhet av utveckling och administration i andra e-handelsplattformar.
Mycket god kunskap i Adobe CS-paketet (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) samt Office-paketet
Högskoleutbildning inom marknadsföring, webbutveckling eller liknande är meriterande
Grundläggande kunskap i HTML är meriterande
Fotograferingskunskaper är meriterande

Mycket har hänt sedan dess, men grunden har alltid varit densamma – att med nya idéer och innovativa produkter leda marknaden framåt.
Idag är Hasta ett modernt familjeföretag som har växt till en internationell koncern, Hasta Holding. Med verksamhet både i Kina och i Sverige säljer man till kunder i hela världen.
