About the position
Perido is now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to our customer, a major player in the automobile industry. Their focus is to work with continuous improvements and are looking for you with a problem-solving mindset who wants to be part of their journey! The office is located in Köping.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will ensure and execute local accounting, financial management, and compliance for all legal entities. You will manage and develop processes and optimal utilization connected to local accounting, reporting and consolidation. Here are some examples of what your workdays will include:
General accounting
Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting and compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, guidelines, and instructions for reporting purposes in accordance with internal and external requirements
Prepare and distribute financial reports to meet management demands and external requirements
Support in the preparation of income tax returns
Monthly, quarterly, and end-year processes

Your characteristics

Qualifications:
University education in finance
Approximately 10 years’ experience from a similar position
Excellent skills in MS Office in general and MS Excel in particular
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:
Experience from working an international environment
Fluent in Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2023-12-31. Start 2022-12-01.

Being the speaking partner towards production and internal customers regarding product cost
Safeguard that all delivered products have an accurate SCS calculation
Coordinate and perform the yearly SCS process in Köping towards internal customers to ensure deliveries of right quality on time
